accident or disaster which result in the death within thirty (30) days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of £1,000; in any such event the said sum of one thousand pounds (£1,000) will be paid pro rata. (h) That the total liability in respect of claims arising out of any one accident or disaster, other than railway accidents which results in the death within thirty days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of one thousand pounds ( £1,000).
