HORSE ATTACKS BOY
BITES OFF PORTION OR CHEEK DOCTORS SAVE EYESIGHT (Prom Our Own Correspondent; WHANGAREI, To-day. A horse on a farm at Maungakaramu yesterday turned upon a boy, Victor Clarke, aged 15, and bit away a portion of his left cheek and the flesh around the eye. He was removed to the Whangarel Hospital and was successfully fretted to save his eyesight. He is doing well.
