MAY, 1929 The ballot will be held at Dargaville on the following Tuesday. Situated on banks of Northern Wairoa River about seven miles from Dargaville. Soil varies from fair clay to rich swamp deposit, partly in grass and rough feed. There is a considerable length of fencing on most of the sections and a fair amount of draining. Buildings consist of cowshed, separator room, etc., on one section. The hill country is suitable for running sheep while the swamp is essentially dairying land.
