Thames and Te Aroha, will reach finality on Saturday with the annual function at Cambridge. All In Order Secretary Stoplord reports that everything in his department is well in hand and those who have previously patronised the Cambridge trots are well aware that this means efficiency In every section. Good-class pacers and trotters will be seen in action during the weekend and handicapper Uoosman has again succeeded in framing adjustments that will make the lot of the backer difficult. However, his efforts will secure keen contests, with thrilling finishes, and the public can look forward confidently to an interesting and exciting day’s sport. Visiting Horses Yuckland provincial horses are well represented in the various events carded and as the big majority of them have been racing at recent fixtures. the public will have a guide as to their form. The presence of several visitors, however, will add a whole 1-eap of Interest to the sport and the Manawatu contingent promises to play an important part in the decision ot many Items. H. M.
