BROTHERS FIGHT?
The Welsh Boxing Association is asking the British Board of Boxing Control to decide whether two brothers, Eddie and Phineas John, should contest the final of the Welsh fly-weight championship, for which they are automatically matched by their winning eliminating competitions for the title. It is stated that their father has refused to allow them to fight. Never in the history of the prizering have brothers met in a championship fight.
