TWO DECREES GRANTED WIFE ORDERED TO RETURN On the ground of adultery, Amelia Christina Mabel Lawn (Mr. Matthews) was granted a divorce from John Henry Lawn by Mr. Justice Frazer in the Supreme Court this morning. * * * During the August sessions, Peter Angus Mitchell (Mr. Singer) obtained an order for restitution of conjugal fights against Amy Isobel Mitchell. The wife ignored the court, and this morning her husband was granted a divorce. * * * George Lewis Payne (Mr. Sullivan), who married Eva Amelia Payne in Kensington, England, in January, 1925, 1 ame to New Zealand in the following month. They lived together until April, 1926, respondent left Payne’s home. He had not seen her since, although he had endeavoured to get her back. The court ordered her return within 14 days.
