“RECKLESS SPEED” AT EDENDALE

Prank Merrill, the world’s champion athlete, known as the Hercules of motion pictures, will be seen at the Edendale Theatre this evening in the latest of his great screen sensations, “Reckless Speed,” which is said to be one of the most thrilling pictures ever filmed. Merrill is called upon to use all of his marvellous athletic ability in many cyclonic situations which are hazardous in the extreme. The story tells of a young man who is interested only in athletics until he realises that his fathr needs his help in outwitting a gang of thieves.

“Footloose Widows” an uproarious comedy starring Louise Fazenda, will also be shown.
