DECLARED INVALID

CLASSIFICATION OF ROAD APPEAL COURT’S DECISION Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day, judgment was delivered in the Appeal Court to-day in the case Godkin v.'Newman, heard on June 26. The judgment states that the magistrate held there had not been any valid classification of the road in question and dismissed the information. The question to be determined on appeal was whether or not this decision was right in point of law. The court thought that the magistrate was right in dismissing the information and the appeal was therefore dismissed. There was no order as to costs.
