WONT KEEP HIS WIFE
MAN GIVEN THREE MONTHS MAINTENANCE ARREARS £IOO (From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Wednesday. For failing to keep his maintenance payments for his wife and live children lip to date, Charles Ralph Penny was sentenced to three months’ imprisonmen by Mr. F. W. Platts, S.M., in the Police Court to-day. Michael McCormack, maintenance officer. said that Penny was about £IOO in arrears. He had appeared four times before the court, and was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment on the last occasion.
