RICHMOND CRUISING CLUB

MONTHLY MEETING HELD At the monthly meeting of the Richmond Cruising Club, held on Tuesday evening, the results of Saturday’s regatta were confirmed. The owner of Wayward reported that Wyoming in the same class had rounded the Pile Beacon off Chelsea on the port hand. This was contrary to instructions. After the matter had been discussed it was decided to inform the owner of Wayward that as there were only six competitors in the event and no third prize was offered nothing was to be gained by carrying the question any further. After the meeting the vice-commo-dore, Mr. George Smith, entertained the assembly to mark the victory of Mowai in the Anniversary Regatta race for L class.
