Mr. Ravage jumped up at this veiled threat, and said. “We can use the procedure of the House as well as you can.” The Speaker: Order, order. Mr. Savage: Threats will not get you very far. Mr. Coates: As you have it. Mr. P. Fraser: We want to discuss the Bill. Labour members -were adamant and Mr. Coates resigned himself to allow the committal stage of th 2 Bill to be left till the next sitting clay.
