WELLINGTON, Tuesday, In the Auckland district there is • destitute ex-imperial soldier who las brought to New 2ea!and as an immigrant, nominated by a w onan, who is dependent upon a maintenance order from her husband. She did not know the immierant, but brought him out on the request of her brother, who is a blind man. This case has persuaded Mr. J. A Lee, Auckland East, to believe that the nom nation system as it exists at present requires revising, and he has asked the Minister of Immigration if he agrees with this contention.
