SPEEDING-UP DOCUMENTS That annoying interval that occurs between the receipt of goods from the United Kingdom and the documents relative to them is to be eliminated. The Chamber of Commerce Journal states that the Australian and New Zealand section of the London Chamber of Commerce met the New Zealand Steamers’ Conference on the point and the shipping conference has arranged sailing dates for ordinary steamers for the weeks when there is no fast mail via Vancouver or San Francisco. This should ensure goods arriving about the same time a.s the fast mail bringing the necessary documents.
