STATEMENT ON SAMOA NOVELIST CONTRADICTED By Cable. —Press Association. —CopyrigkM Reed. 9.5 a.m. SAN FRANCISCO, Wednesday. THE Governor of American Samoa, through Mr. Nixon Westwood, his agent, declares the statement of Mr. Clem Yore, that the Samoans are in revolt, to be absurdly ridiculous and untrue. He said that liquor administration was outside the New Zealand mandate.—A. and N.Z.
