IUIE proprietors of this Journal having entered into the necessary arrangements, have established a Post Office in Apia, Samoa, and known as tho "Sa Express," to be carried on upon tho same principal as the various Governmental Post Offices in tho Colonies, and elsewhere. Mails will bo raado up for all parts of tho world upon tho departure of any vessel from this port, and notices to that effect will be posted at least twenty-four hours previous to tho said departure. livery possible means will be used to ensure the safe delivery of all letters entrusted to the said Post Office, at their destination.
