GAMING HOUSE CHARGES

Bundle, S.M., James Pear- j son was charged with keeping a common j gaming house at Opoho. Asking for a remand Chief-Detective Young said that Pearson had been arrested at his house and re desired a remand in order to place , all the facts before the Court. A re- j mand was granted until Monday, bad be- j ing allowed in Pearson's own surety of I £so.' . . ! William Prince was charged at a later sitting of the Court with keeping a com- , mon gaming house, pleading not guilty. I Chief-Detedive Young said that Prince had just been arrested, and he asked for I a remand for a week. A remand was j granted until November 6, bail being al- j lowed in Prince's own recognisance of j £SO.
