FOREIGN JOURNALISTS ARRESTED
COMPLAINTS OF NEWS PUBLISHED ABROAD SPANISH GOVERNMENT'S ACTION Press Association —Copyright London, Nov, 9. Constant complaints regarding information published abroad are being made by the; Spanish newspapers and have culminated in the arrest of many newspaper correspondents. Mr. Reginald Calvert, the Daily Tele.graph's correspondent, was taken from his home, but the British embassy later secured his release. Mademoiselie Thierry, correspondent for L'Oeuvre, was arrested and expelled, due, it is believed, to articles on the Catalonian situation. O.ther journalists have been arrested and: expelled from Spain as undesirables.
