London, Nov. 8 Mr. George Lansbury, Leader of the Opposition, in a speech at Gatford said: I do not intend to ask men serving in vhe forces to break their oath but I do ask every mother, wife, sister and sweetheart to do their utmost to keep their male relatives and friends out of the services. If the supply of men willing to fight is cut off there cannot be any more war."
