, —,_o ■ 1* ~..-. Thames-Hauraki Plains SUCCESSFUL SEASON REPORTED Thames, Feb. 20.—Several deals have been made in farm properties in the Thames Valley and Hauraki Plains districts lately. The property of Mr. E. J. Cooke, Puriri, 100 acres and that of Mr. C. Vagg, Hauraki Plains, 120 acres, changed hands at satisfactory prices. Negotiations aro now taking place in reference to several farms. Local land agents report that a demand has set in latterly for small improved dairy farms from 10 acres upwards. , Dairy farmers throughout the district report a successful season and the milk supply is keeping up much longer than in previous years.
