FATAL CAR CRASH

MAN KILLED Press Association. —Copyright. PALMERSTON N., Sunday. When the car in which he was a passenger capsized, Frank Qstyke, a boxmaker, of 55 Sedcole Street, Pahiatua, aged 20 and married, was killed. The driver, Albert Futcher, and another passenger, William Baden Mills, both also of Pahiatua. escaped with minor injuries and shock. Returning home from Feilding via Palmerston North at 12.20 on Sunday morning, the party had reached the Napier Road, near the gasworks, when the car while rounding a bad corner, skidded and capsized Into a ditch. Mr. Ostyke, who was pinned underneath, died shortly after being extricated.
