Great meetings have been held. The peasants have been ordered to withdraw their support of the Bolsheviks and withdraw from the Soviets. The peasants in the Bolshevik Government or Red (Army have been ordered to return to their villages within one month, the penalty o! disobedience being banishment from the Villages, and the peasants remaining in ihe Red Guards will be shot.
