TJIATFORD COUNTY COUNCIL. K'OTICE is hereby given of the institution of a Special OrdTlie Stratford County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £9lO, under the provisions of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," by consent of ratepayers, for defraying the cost of deviating, forming, grading, culverting, and metalling the Waihapa Road from the Wingrove Road northward as far as the money will allow, such loan to bo for a period of * 36J- years. Part sub-division 2, Pukengahu (400 acres); part sub. 4 (150 acres), part'sub. 5 (1211 acres), subs. 1 and 2 of 6, part subs. 4 and 5 of 7 (100 acres), part sub. 7 i.'-i; acres), of sub-division 3, Pukengahu Block, to he the Special Rating District. The cost of raising it to be paid out of the loan. The resolution instituting the above special order will be confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be held on the 17th day of February, 1915, and shall take effect from and on that date.
