MEMBER CLAIMS DAMAGES. Sydney, September 4. Tho first writ as an outcome of tho Speakership trouble was issued to-day on behalf of Mr. Perry, who claims Clooo damages for assault against tho Speaker and the Sergcant-at-Arms. The action is the outcome of tho Speaker ordering the Sorgoant-at-Arms to bring Mr. Perry back to tlio House after lie had left without making an obeisance. MR. WILLIS INCENSED. (Received '5, 8.55 a.m.) Sydney, September 5. Mr. Willis, incensed at Mr. Wade’s recent statement that lie interfered with the mites and proceedings of Parliament, declares that ho may havo Mr. Wade brought before tho House £d suspended tor the remainder of a session for contempt.. Ho refers to Mr. Wade as overbearing and uncouth, and predicts that his party will he routed at tho elections.
