William Lissant Clayton, George Hutchison, and the East Coast Petroleum Company, heard at the last sittings of the Court. The judgment was for plaintiff, with costs as on an action for £IOOO, his Honour holding that the trust 'agreement made in 1900 l>y the parties to the (action that they should combine to acquire the petroleum concessions with tiie object of selling such concessions to a large company in London, not been set aside.
