At the May nicotine; of the County Council a letter was received from the Kit ham County Council regarding the condition of the Kapnni ford. Tiro chairman reported to this morning’s meeting of the > Council that there was nothing extraordinary in the condition of the ford. There was one honjder in the stream which, however, could he easily avoided. Nevertheless, the foreman promised to displace the boulder.
