PUBLIC NOTICES AFTER-CARE: AN OPEN LETTER. To Mr and Mrs Citizen. During the war years you have ' given loyal and generous help to Patriotic Appeals. The men who have come home have told you what parcels, comforts and amenities provided by the Patriptic Fund meant to them. Many more of our men are on their way home and for the sake of them all we urge you to keep up your support of the Patriotic effort. An After-Care Fund is being built up. It will be there specially to help men whose return to civil life presents special problems. Some* of the men who have played a full part in winning victory may find that, because of the effects of war experience on body and mind, it is hard for them to take up normal life again. The administration of the After-Care Fund will be there to help in a friendly way to assist with the problems which are bound to arise beyond the scope of official systems, however generous. Our men have earned all that we can do in recognition of their great service to humanity, and in order that our part may be well and generously done you are asked to keep up your giving to Patriotic Funds and your support of Patriotic efforts.
