Journalists’ Resolution To UNCIO (Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, May 10. The executive of the International Federation of Journalists has cabled a resolution to the San Francisco Conference urging the inclusion in the preamble of the charter for the new world organization of declarations supporting the principle of the freedom of news and views as the sole basis on which the Press can properly serve the peoples of the free democratic nations and promote international amity,
