(Special Correspondent, N.Z.P.A.) LONDON, November 27. The New Delhi correspondent of The Daily Telegraph states that LieutenantGeneral H. B. D. Willcox, of Christchurch, New Zealand, who has been General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, General Command, India, since 1942, has been appointed chairman of the Reorganization Committee. This committee, which was appointed by General Sir Claude Auchinleck, will carry out a preliminary investigation into India’s postwar needs. It will make detailed recommendations regarding the size, composition and organization of the army.
