PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the District Electors’ Rolls for the subdivisions of the Board’s District, namely Ohai Subdivision, Wairaki Subdivision and Waiau Subdivision and the Ohai Coal Owners’ Roll will be open to public inspection at the public office of the Board, Wairio, and at the Board’s office at Ohai during office hours of each of such offices, as from Wednesday, November 29, 1944. AND THAT any person may by notice in writing, signed by such person setting. out the grounds of objection and delivered at the Board’s public office, Wairio, aforesaid, before noon on Wednesday the 20th day of December 1944, object to any of the said Rolls on any of the following grounds:— (a) That any person whose name is on any of the said Rolls in respect of any qualification does not possess that qualification at the time when the objection is lodged; (b) That any person whose name is not on any of the said Rolls possesses the necessary qualification at the time when the objection is lodged and is entitled to have his name entered.
