Sporting BEAU VITE HAS NEW OWNER

(Rec. 12.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, June 9. The New Zealand horse, Beau Vite, will in future race in the interests of Mrs Ralph Stewart. Beau Vite’s Australian campaign will be mapped out by the trainer, McGrath, who received instructions from Mrs Stewart to go right ahead with his plans. Other high-class horses at present under feminine control are last year's Melbourne Cup winner, Skipton, owned by Mrs J. Kitson, and Mildura and Riverton owned by Mrs E. J. Watt. GOLF QUEEN’S PARK LADIES’ GOLF CLUB The best cards returned in a bogey match played by members of the Queen's Park Ladies’ Golf Club yesterday were:— Senior.—Mrs H. Halligan, nine down. Junior.—Mrs S. Smith, eight down; Mrs E. Wallis, nine down. C Grade.—Mrs Moir. TUATAPERE CLUB There was a good attendance at the Tuatapere golf links on Saturday, when a mixed foursome was played.
