(8.0.W.) RUGBY, January 24. The additional foods, which will be procurable from Monday next, only under the “points” rationing scheme, include whole rice, sago, tapioca, certain varieties of peas, lentils and all dried fruits.
The total value of “points” coupons allotted to each consumer will be raised from 16 to 20 from February 9, when the next four-weekly rationing period begins.
