(Rec. 8 p.m.) CAPE TOWN, Jan. 24. Passengers will be able to fly from the United States to South Africa in seven days by using a fortnightly Belgian air, service between the Congo and South Africa, which opens on Tuesday. The new service will link up with Pan American Airways at Leopoldville.
