Burns, Mount Albert Grammar; R. J. Tizard, Auckland Grammar; J. E. Morton, Morrinsville District High; E. Badian, Christchurch Boys’ High; R. O. Farrelly, Sacred Heart. Auckland; K. J. B. O’Connor, St. Kevin’s, Oamaru; J. Murray, Otago Boys’ High; G. A. Drummond, Wanganui Technical. Williamson and Tizard, included in the above list, were not competitors and O’Connor and Murray have been awarded University National Scholarships.
