PRISONERS PRODUCE WAR MATERIALS
(Rec. 6.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 21. The Daily Telegraph says that convicts, also prisoners in local prisons, in the past year produced over £500,000 worth of war materials. The whole prison industry has been switched to the war effort.
