BOY FOUND DROWNED

(P.A.) TIMARU, September 21. Allan Chapman Whrne, aged eight, only son of Mr and Mrs Thomas Warne, Gapes Valley, was found drowned in a creek ten chains from his home this afternoon. The boy had been missing a few hours. A search revealed the body in a pool of water four feet deep.
