VICTIM OF DROWNING AT WELLINGTON
(United Press Association) WELLINGTON, December 28. The victim of the drowning at Red Rocks near Sinclair Head yesterday afternoon was Robert Henry Russell, aged 20 years, of 66 Owen street, Wellington. WOMAN DROWNED IN BATH (United Press Association) MARTON, December 28. A married woman, Mrs Zoe Sinclair, was found drowned, in the bath at her residence this morning by her son-in-law, William Gribble. The deceased’s husband, David Sinclair, a grader driver employed by the County Council, had left home at 6 a.m. and her son earlier. CHILD BITTEN BY DOG Robert Bruce Scobie, aged two years, of Hedgehope, was admitted to the Dee street hospital yesterday suffering from head injuries received when he was bitten by a dog. His condition last night was satisfactory.
