Date Now Fixed As May 19 GROWING GERMAN INFLUENCE Arrival Of Technicians Reported (United Press Assn<-Telegraph Copyright) (Received May 12, 10.35 p.m.) BURGOS, May 12. General Franco’s victory parade in Madrid is now fixed for May 19. After this, it is stated, the remaining Italian legionaries will leave Spain. The Leon correspondent of The Daily Mail says that it is officially announced that Herr Hitler has ordered the Condor Legion to return to Germany, states a message from London. The units are now concentrating at Leon for a farewell parade on May 22, after which they will entrain at Vigo to join a troop ship. The Perpignan correspondent of The Daily Telegraph says that German influence in Spain is steadily increasing. Germany has launched a sustained drive to obtain economic and political benefits. A further 750 technicians have landed.
