SALE OF FORESTS

PLAN TO BE DISCUSSED BY COMPANY (United Press Association) AUCKLAND, October 21. Plans for the realization of the forest areas of New Zealand Perpetual Forests Ltd. is to be discussed at a meeting of directors following the annual meeting of bondholders next week, stated Sir Charles Marr, who, in company with two directors of the company, Mr Landon Smith and Mr F. S. McGibbon, arrived by the Awatea. Sir Charles said that during the past six months Mr S. A. Clarke, an expert from the Forestry Bureau of .the Scientific and Industrial Research Council of Australia had been going through the company’s forest areas and was submitting a report on the development and realization of the areas.
