Edwardian styles have not lost any ground in popularity, and _ chiffon ruffles are charming dress revivals for evening wear. They are worn round the neck like a garland and slipped down over one shoulder when you dance. At a big Mayfair ball recently, a much-admired guest flaunted a gay, jade-green chiffon ruffle with i' er simple, full-skirted black dress. They are simple to make by inching a wide length of coloured chiffon or tulle, fastening it with a big ribbon bow, a P° S Y of artificial flowers, or a fluffy chiffon rosette.
