TODAY’S RECIPE
CARAMEL FROSTING 1J cups light brown sugar, i cup cream or top milk. 1 tablespoon butter. J teaspoon vanilla.
Combine sugar and cream and heat till it reaches 238 degrees F. (soft ball stage). Add butter and cool until 110 degrees F. Add vanilla and beat till creamy. Spread quickly. One cup of chopped nuts may be added before spreading if desired. SARAH.
