ISTANBUL, October 19. Twenty persons are already reported to be dead and hundreds of boats have been wrecked during five days of storms in the Black Sea. The losses are believed to be much Aeroplanes dropped food to 25 seamen on six sailing vessels which have been adrift for four days and have not yet been rescued.
