OPENING CEREMONY BY QUEEN

(Received October 19, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, October 18. Queen Mary opened an extension of the West London Hospital which has been named “Silver Jubilee” at the express command of King George V, who was patron of the hospital for the 25 years of his reign.
