REFERENDUM ON NEW IRISH CONSTITUTION

GENERAL ELECTION ON JULY 1 (Received June 15, 6.30 p.m.) DUBLIN, June 14. After passing the final reading of the new draft Constitution by 62 votes to 48 the Daily Eireann was dissolved. A referendum on the draft Constitution will be held on July 1, concurrently with a general election in which the voting will be proportional to representation.
