ATTORNEY-GENERAL’S OPINION. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Melbourne, August 14. The Attorney-General, (Mr R. G. Menzies), addressing the Victorian Chamber of Manufacturers, said that Australia should aim at creating immediately a population of 20,000,000 by a vigorous migration policy, in order to provide Australian primary and secondary industries with a large healthy home market. The time was past when Australia could rely upon unlimited markets abroad for her produce.
