STUDY ABROAD

KINDERGARTEN METHODS. (Per United Press Association.) Auckland, June 7. The Carnegie Corporation Fellowship worth approximately £5OO has been awarded to Miss Constance Colegrove, principal of the Auckland Kindergarten Association to enable her to study kindergarten methods overseas. Miss Colegrove will probably leave Auckland for the United States next month and will be absent for some time; visiting Great Britain and other countries in addition. The fellowship, which is for general study and observation of kindergarten work, was given by the Carnegie Corporation to the New Zealand Free Kindergarten Union for award to a kindergarten teacher in the Dominion. The award was. made to Miss Colegrove by the union.
