GORE LADIES’ CLUB.

The draw of the Gore Ladies’ Golf Club for a Canadian foursome is as follows:—Miss R. Blakie and Mrs D. Reid v. Mrs J. Brown and Mrs J. Ross; Mrs G. C. Hamilton and Mrs McCreath v. Miss B. Oswin and Miss Maher. Ship’s Cone: Mrs F. V. Piper and Mrs A. Wilson v. Mrs J. Ritchie and Miss K. Kirk; Mrs A E. Boult and Mrs J. J. Stroud v. Mrs J. J. Perry and Mrs E. J. Crosbie. Dusky: Mrs J. A. Sinclair and Miss N. Paterson v. Mrs J. A. S. Aitken and Miss M. Rogers; Miss I. Rhodes and Mrs J. Hunter fiyes. GORE DEFEAT BALCLUTHA. A team from the Gore Golf Club travelled to Balclutha yesterday to play a match with the Balclutha Club. The weather was ideal and the match was played in good golfing conditions. Sixteen players participated, Gore winning by two matches.
