ENTRANCES TO PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS. UNEMPLOYED IN VICINITY OF HOUSE. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, March 14. As a result of the presence in the vicinity of Parliament Buildings of a large number of unemployed, all the gates and doors leading into the buildings were carefully guarded to-day, and some were locked. The door leading to»the public gallery of the House of Representatives was locked and this led to many of the public being prevented from listening to the proceedings this afternoon.
