CAMPBELL’S ATTEMPT DELAYED.
(United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7 p.m.) Daytona Beach, February 17. Rain, shifting winds and sluggish tides to-day failed to improve the beach conditions. Sir Malcolm Campbell said: “Unless the conditions improve swiftly I am afraid it is going to be March before we can make any runs.”
