HEAVY’ADVERSE BALANCE. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, February 17. Germany’s imports for January increased by £400,000, while the exports declined by £4,500,000 compared with December exports. The total is the lowest for any month since the Nazis took over control.
