PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Section 76 of the Rating Act, 1925, that the Southland Electric Power Board has RESOLVED THAT an additional charge of ten per cent, be added to all rates for the year Ist April, 1934 to 31st March, 1935, unpaid at the expiration of six months and fourteen days from the demand thereof, provided however that where the Local Authority of any constituent district collecting rates on behalf of the Board appoints or has appointed some date later than the end of the said period of six months and fourteen days for adding the said additional charge, the same will not be added until the date so appointed.
